Initial Consultation & Setup
We provide a free consultation to identify the earning potential of your room or property and answer any questions you may have. We'll visit your house and do a walk through of the home. After, you will get suggestions for improvements, a rental plan, and an income projection that is tailored to the home and your needs. Once you’re ready to move forward we’ll assist with the steps to take to get your space rental ready!
Listing Creation & Optimization
Once you're ready to move forward, we'll take photos of your home and build you a beautiful listing. Already have a listing? No problem! We can optimize and update your listing to increase your bookability. From there, we implement our personalized revenue management system utilizing dynamic pricing to capitalize on demand maximizing your overall performance. Once the listing is live, we will continue to manage all aspects of operating your listing, from rate management to guest communication. We take care of everything so you don't have to worry!
Start Sharing Your Home
Now you're ready to start renting your home! Guests will receive automated check-in instructions and all the house information they will need during their stay. As your partner, we'll be there every step of the way throughout each visitor's stay to make sure they have a 5-star experience.
Get Paid
